The major Tigé Owners Reunion – held, as always, at the Big River Holiday Park in Grafton, NSW. This reunion was the “big one” and we loved seeing so many Tigé Owners there.
General Information
Now in its fifth year the Owners Reunion is once again extending, bringing the family fun of the Tigé Owners Reunions to Victoria. The Southern Mini Owners Reunion will bring everything that our other reunions are renown for to all of our owners who haven’t been able to make the trip north in the past.
All three reunion events will be as relaxed (or full on, which ever way you want to make it) weekend of fun in your boat. You will have a chance to meet the Tigé Team of riders and staff who can assist you with your skiing and wakeboarding, we will play some silly games for prizes and have the latest models to demo. You will also meet many other passionate owners from all around the country, and some next door neighbors you didn’t know you had.
The two mini reunions (northern in Queensland and southern in Victoria) will preface the major Owners Reunion to be held in February at Grafton, NSW. While all of our owners are welcome to join us at any one of the reunions throughout Australia this summer, the major Owners Reunion in Grafton is the one we most encourage you to attend and the location makes for an unforgettable experience.
Boats & Travel
Although we would love to have as many boats as possible at the event, if you live a long distance away and cannot tow your boat, we understand, and would still love you to come along anyway. We will organize you a boat to ride behind and in for the weekend.
If you are planning on flying, there are several options for local airports near all three events, which can be found on the back page of your invite.
There will be several people driving past surrounding airports who can pick you up if you give us a month’s notice. If you do require a pick up, please forward details to mick@prowake.com.au once you have booked flights.
Catering
Please see the details for each reunion above regarding catering. Other than the catering provided where advised it is BYO everything for the weekend’s event, including alcohol.
Activities
Of course there will be plenty of activity to ensure that each reunion event is special. Specific activities will vary for each Owners Reunion location but you can guarantee yourselves that there will be plenty of fun all weekend long.
The ever-popular Tigé Unrideable Ride competition will be the centrepiece of the major reunion in Grafton. The Unrideable Ride requires you to bring along something unusual to ride. As you could see from previous years video’s online no-one gets out of having a go so you better come prepared. The crazier it is the better so get your thinking caps on and come up with something unique. TIP: The bigger the object is the easier it is to ride, so make sure you object is reasonably large.
The Tigé Owners Reunion will also bring a range of special guests to perform demonstrations and give you some tips and coaching in all aspects of the tow sports. This will be a big feature of the weekend and hopefully allow you to do something new behind the boat.
