Refund policy

ProWake Refund Policy

At ProWake, we are dedicated to ensuring you have the best shopping experience. Please note the following policy regarding refunds, exchanges, and store credits:

  • No Refunds: ProWake does not offer refunds on any purchases.
  • Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, style, or product, we’re happy to assist. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and within 21 of purchase.
  • Store Credits: If an exchange is not suitable, we will issue a store credit for the value of the item. Store credits do not expire and can be used for any future purchases.

Additional Information:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all exchanges or store credit requests.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer. If a replacement item is sent out, a new shipping fee may apply.
