The Native has proven to be a team favorite for both cable-exclusive and boat-exclusive riders since its debut in 2020. It's DNA is really a reincarnation of two legacy models from Slingshot's debut in wake ?the Recoil and Response?with modern upgrades like Elliptical Concave and subtle Flex Tips to meet the demands of the new-age rider. It's fast and free on the water and features a medium flex pattern that's rigid enough for explosive pop on the boat without sacrificing its playfulness in the park. This board is undoubtedly a one-stop shop for every type of riding?built for the rider that does it ALL! We created the Native out of popular demand for a simplified crossover model that pays homage to Slingshot's flagship models: the Recoil and Response. The Native is a perfect blend of both?with upgrades to meet the demands of today's riders. The Native is the result of nearly 15 years of rider input?it's everything they've loved and nothing else. Light, flexible, and super strong, our Carbon Bedrock Inserts reduce overall board weight, increase pull strength, and allow for a more consistent flex under foot.

Continuous Rocker Profile

Signature Flex Tips

Designed to make nose and tail presses more exhilarating, Flex Tips move the flex point out from the belly of the board and more into the tips for a whole new feel on rails.

Elliptical Concave

This unique curvature in the tips and tails creates more excitement when flowing from rail-to-rail on the water, and also helps riders hold on to nose and tail presses as the tips literally "wrap around" rounded sliding surfaces.
